Passenger Liability Insurance

The car needs to have this insurance. The car comprehensive insurance policy does not have this included. This passenger liability insurance is a separate policy that needs to be taken for the car.

The medical insurance card will cover medical bills for any hospitalization costs if the insured injured person has such insurance like the AIA medical card. A personal accident insurance usually covers loss of life or disability from an accidents, not medical bills.

Therefore, a passenger liability insurance is important, to covers the costs of a lawsuit from any injured passengers that was in your car, or driven by you.

This is to protect the car owner from being sued for any injury that happens to people travelling in that car.
