Mr Tan Choong Kiang
Mr Tan Choong Kiang has dedicated his entire life in the Insurance Industry. A true Master of All Thread in the industry. Well, his dedication also won his nick name as the “Walking Dictionary” to his fellow colleagues.
A remarkable 35 Years in the industry has won him numerous accolades. To name a few of his achievements; Million Dollar Club, Convention to Bangkok, Seoul, Tokyo, Perth, Busan, Xiamen, Kunming, Guangzhou, Beijing, Captown and so forth.
Mr Tan’s Passionate and Unprecedented teachings for the pass 35 years and counting, has assisted many younger Life Planners to succeed in their endeavour to greatness. Being the Founder of Life Stages Advisory, his vision is to groom Next Level Leaders to Achieve the Unbelievable.
Mr James Wong Chee Choong
Mr James Wong Chee Choong, co-Founder of Life Stages Advisory PLT. Contracted as a Life Planner in year 1998. Mr Wong was working in “Centre of all Malaysian Businesses” – Kuala Lumpur, holding the position of Regional Sales Manager. With a top 4-figure income back in the 80s has not stop him from moving forward and change his course to Life Insurance Industry.
The change was an easy one as he realised the fairness in the industry – You were Paid on What you Achieved; a remarkable way to generate wealth. In Year 2000, he has been promoted to an honest and Instrumental Unit Manager and sailed swiftly thereafter. Oversea Expenses-Paid trips were aplenty, Italy, Australia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand… to name a few.
Sincere, Focus and Enthusiastic team leader he is, one cannot find a reason not to succeed under Mr James Wong leadership.
Ms Jessie Loh
Ms Jessie Loh, co-Founder of Life Stages Advisory PLT. Contracted as Life Planner since 2002 after quitting her role as a Teacher, a career knows as “unbreakable” – highly secured job. Being inspired by her Immediate Superior how a Life Planner can help more people when the knowledge and acceptance of Life Protection is still immature.
Ever since, Ms Jessie Loh has never looked back – back to back convention qualifier, seven expense paid trips in a year, MDRT award while building her own agency were just a few accolades to her successful career.
Being a Determined and Tenacious Leader, with Ingenious Event Management skill as well as Assertive Leadership Style, she is now both a Courteous MDRT Life Planner and Passive Income Earner in her Unit Manager Role
Ms Canmax Hew
Ms Canmax Hew was a Dispensing Optician running a highly profitable business Optical Business. Within a year she was offered to manage more branches. However, she has always wanted to run her own businesses. It was hard to be an employee and achieve her ambition.
After realizing the opportunity arose in the Insurance Industry, with her ambitious and strong learning attitude, within a short period of time, she have obtained many awards.

Canmax Hew is a friendly and approachable financial planner as well as visionary entrepreneur. As a financial/legacy/retirement planner consultant, she enjoys her life in the insurance business. Her goal is to be able to help people grow and she gradually realized her goals in life. With her achievements today, she enjoys both her career and family life as well.
Ms Jamie Chia
Ms Jamie Chia involve in Insurance Industry since year 1999. She has been an entrepreneur for all her life. Without any start-up cost, she found that this is a business that can easily grow and thrive. To be successful, she wanted to create her own team, building great people with different skill sets to complement each other.
In Year 2002, she became Unit Manager with 15 active agents and achieved MDRT the same year. As this is a “business”, to be successful in the long run, she believed in building team. In 2005 she successfully groomed 4 Units Managers and became Senior District Manager herself.
In order to growth and thrive, she made sure everyone was getting sufficient knowledge, skills to become MDRT with a 5-figure monthly earning, high 6-figure yearly Income at the minimum and achieved Million-Dollar-Agency level year after year. Her philosophy is to enable everyone to become a leader within.
